The last time I had an interview I over-prepared for it. I also ultimately got rejected from the job.

I spent days on my interview in preparation, writing down so many answers and potential STAR situations I could think of and I never got to use them all because the interview process never finished.

This time, I’m almost swinging hard in the opposite direction where I don’t want to prepare at all. I just want to be vibes based and hope I nail it.

I may end up doing some preparing but ultimately I don’t know if I even have the spoons to prepare.
